You may know me as a yoga teacher/licensed massage therapist as much as journalist, or, maybe you know me as the journalist only. The career path that sees me from full-time newspaper journalist-to-massage therapist/yoga teacher isn’t so odd, though.
My life’s work is driven by desire to shine light in dim places and bring relief where there is suffering, whether in our world with journalism; or in an individual body with yoga and massage. I also teach a lab in Intellectual Property & Law and assist with Client Relations at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Fla., one of the nation’s top institutions for studies in film, audio, and digital media. I enjoy helping the talented students there begin their promising careers in media.
